| The Spinach, Feta & Biltong Savory Muffins |
What You Need:
- 2 Cups of freshly chopped spinach
- 200g Feta, crumbled
- 100g Finely chopped biltong
- 2 Cups self-raising flour
- 125g Melted butter
- 1 Cup milk
- 2 Eggs
How To Make The Muffins:
Firstly, preheat the oven to 180 Degrees Celsius.Step 1:
Mix the eggs, butter, milk, feta, biltong and spinach into one large mixing container.
Step 2:
Add the flour to the mixture, and try to mix the ingredients as little as possible, as this will ensure that the muffins will come out moist.
Step 3:
Scoop dough into greased muffin pans, about 2/3 full and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
